1.1 FUTRLI: the basics: Learn about the basics and start getting comfortable navigating around FUTRLI and using basic controls. You’re also going to start connecting client. Est Time: 15 mins
1.2: The diagnostic review: Understand how to do a client Diagnostic Review to identify business weaknesses and opportunities, and learn how to give your clients light bulb moments. Est Time: 30 mins
1.3: Selling advisory services: Change your relationship with your client from Accountant to Advisor and learn how to sell your new cloud advisory services. Est Time: 30 mins
1.4: How to price your services in the real world: Stop selling software or hours and start selling value. We’ll run through value-based pricing and show you how to price your advisory services efficiently and confidently. Est Time: 15 mins
Course 2: Dashboarding, Printables and KPIs
2.1: Building dashboards to affect change: In this module you’re going to learn how to leverage FUTRLI to build dashboards for your clients. We’ll be covering KPIs, Boards and Cards and how to introduce dashboards to your clients. Est Time: 30 mins
2.3: Introduction to non financial data: Businesses aren’t just run on financial data! In this module you’ll learn how to identify, collect and use non-financial information to create powerful KPIs in FUTRLI. Est Time: 60 mins
2.4: Inviting your clients to their insights: FUTRLI is better with clients and colleagues. We’ll guide you through inviting users to FUTRLI, including when you should invite clients and what success looks like when you do. Est Time: 15 mins
2.5: Alerts & client monitoring: What are Alerts? You’re about to find out. You’ll learn when to utilise Alerts and how to use them to identify which clients need immediate attention. Est Time: 30 mins
Course 3: Forecasting in FUTRLI
3.1: Building a forecast for the first time in FUTRLI: Now you’ve conquered reporting, it’s time to look at how to build forecasts in FUTRLI. You’ll learn the importance of forecasting with your clients and how to create a forecast for the first time. Est Time: 60 mins
3.2: Importing an existing budget to create a 3-way forecast: In this module you’ll find out how to import an existing budget and how to turn a simple Profit & Loss budget into a 3-way forecast. Est Time: 15 mins
3.3 Dealing with brought forward balances and gst/vat: When creating a forecast for the first time you’ll often need to deal with brought forward balances and GST/VAT. We’ll be looking at exactly that in this aptly named module. Est Time: 15 mins
3.4: Additional forecasting tips and methods: Time for some top Forecasting Tips! You’ll look at period offsets and how to use ‘Advanced Options’ when building your forecasts to create more accurate scenarios. Est Time: 15 mins
3.5: Best practice month end processes: In this module you’ll learn about the simple steps you can follow at the end of every month to ensure that you are on top of your clients’ financials. Est Time: 15 mins
3.6: Assessment for basic forecasting: Time to test your knowledge of basic forecasting! This is an assessment-based module, which requires you to create a new forecast in FUTRLI using assumptions included in a case study. Est Time: 15 mins

4.1: Advanced forecasting methods part 1: Now you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to dive into advanced forecasting concepts that will allow you to create dynamic, detailed and accurate forecasts for your clients. Est Time: 30 mins

4.6: Advanced forecasting certification: Time to assess your knowledge of advanced forecasting. This assessment is based on a case study which requires you to create a new forecast in FUTRLI based on assumptions included in a case study. Est Time: 15 mins
Course 5: Consolidated reporting & forecasting
5.1: Reporting & forecasting for consolidated groups: Clients with multiple business entities have more complex reporting needs. This module will cover these requirements and how to handle these organisations effectively. Est Time: 60 mins
Course 6: Scaling FUTRLI
6.1: Internal roll out - the first 6 months: You need a practical roll out strategy for advisory services within your firm. We have curated the best roll-outs to give you the inside track on what success looks like. Est Time: 30 mins
